Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (if offered at checkout)

Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is generally 6–13 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

4. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $50 (if applicable)
Exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of purchase. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you first receive it — this is normal.

6. Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please allow 2–3 extra business days for carrier delays before contacting us.
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us at [support@facelook.com] with your order number and we'll investigate.
Orders confirmed lost in transit will be reshipped or refunded at our discretion, per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships — we cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
