We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
All products are intended for cosmetic and personal use only. Lash and nail products are not medical devices and are not intended to treat any condition.
Patch-test recommended: For lash adhesives, nail glues, and brush materials, we recommend a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and charged at time of order via our secure payment processor.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All orders are prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory unavailability, or shipping address restrictions. If we decline your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facelook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site, including allergic reactions, product misuse, or shipping delays beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Beauty and cosmetic accessories may contain adhesives, synthetic fibers, or materials that can cause irritation in some individuals. Customers are responsible for reviewing product materials and discontinuing use if any adverse reaction occurs. Consult a physician for any medical concerns.
